• Purpose of collection: To accurately capture your styling requirements, provide our premium event services, ensure no details are missed, and maintain accurate records of our consultations.
• Source of collection: Collected directly from you during online meetings utilizing AI note-taking and transcription tools (such as Fireflies AI).
• Disclosure for a business purpose: Shared with our secure AI transcription, cloud storage, and meeting platform providers.

Storing information

• We store your information on the Shopify platform, utilizing their secure infrastructure, to safeguard and protect your personal data.

Sharing Personal Information

We share your Personal Information with service providers to help us provide our services and fulfill our contracts with you, as described above. For example:

• We use Shopify to power our online store.
• We use third-party AI transcription tools (such as Fireflies AI) to record, transcribe, and store our online styling consultations. These platforms process audio, video, and text data on our behalf to help us deliver our services.
• We may share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

Sharing With Overseas Recipients
