At Chameleon Sand Candle, we believe beautiful experiences should be created with care - balancing aesthetic, safety, and responsible decision-making in everything we do.
ENVIRONMENT
We take a low-waste, reuse-focused approach to our materials and installations.
Our candle sand is plant-based and RSPO-certified, and is carefully collected, cleaned, and reused across events.
Where waste is unavoidable, such as residual wax, we prioritise responsible disposal, including home composting where applicable.
We continue to explore more circular and low-waste solutions as we grow.
SOCIAL
We design experiences that bring people together, with safety and care at the centre.
Our candle sand is self-extinguishing when tipped, and all clients are provided with guidance for safe and responsible use.
Beyond our installations, we are proud to support community initiatives, including the Magic Coat Foundation through its annual events.
We also operate with a distributed, global team, creating flexible ways of working that support accessibility and adaptability across regions.
GOVERNANCE
We are committed to consistency, quality, and operating with integrity. Our work is guided by The Chameleon Standard - an internal framework that defines how our candle styling, preparation, and installations are delivered.
All team members and freelance collaborators are required to complete induction and align with these standards.
From in-house production to detailed preparation processes, we maintain a high level of consistency across every installation while ensuring our communication remains accurate, considered, and aligned with our values.
