No, one wick burns for 10-12 hours. If you wish to refresh the candles appearance, you can:
1. Take out the set wax, break down the sides and reinsert the wax into the candle sand.
2. Take out the set wax, break down the sides and reinsert the wax UPSIDE DOWN.
When inserting the wick into the candle sand, leave out a 0.5-1 cm end only. Leaving out more reduces the burn time of the wick, as the wick will burn down rapidly until it reaches the candle sand.
For optimal performance, we recommend using a vessel with a width of at least 9 cm. This ensures that the melt pool doesn't reach the sides of the container.
While a fireproof vessel is preferred, you can also use other containers as long as they are wide enough to maintain a safe distance between the melt pool and the edge, preventing the container from heating up excessively.
Yes. Simply add a few drops around the wick before lighting the candle.
No, currently Chameleon Sand Candle is available in white only.
In Australia, candle production lacks established safety standards. Recognizing the ethical and moral duty to prioritize consumer safety, Chameleon Sand Candle has made a deliberate choice to exclusively provide white-colored candle sand.
This decision reflects our commitment to offering products that prioritize safety and well-being for our valued customers until we find a workable solution that is not harmful to human health.
Unlike regular candles, Chameleon Sand Candle self-extinguishes when tipped over or when the wick burns out.
